All Sales Are Final (But We're Here to Help)

Each book is signed and made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the book arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake with your order.

If Something’s Wrong with Your Order:

Please email us at support.zanefoyofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)

  • A short message describing what went wrong

If it's something on our end, we'll make it right with a replacement.

International Orders

We do not collect customs duties or VAT at checkout. If you’re outside the U.S., your local postal service may charge these fees upon delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
